Mission
We ensure a pathway towards growth for ministries. We believe in authentic spiritual guidance, communication, collective work, responsibility & strategically implementing technology that provides support creating the resolution of commonly overlooked issues implicated through ministry development and progress.
Vision
To effectively create a base standard from which to elevate ministries that desire to grow as the early church did using Apostolic principles as expressed in the book of Acts, combined with modern technology functionality & implementing fundamental systems, applications & outreach tools.
About Us
Birthed in March of 2024, out of a passion to see growing ministries reach their 30 fold, 60 fold and 100 fold, Cross Movement (501c3) welcomes the common & critical challenges that many growing churches encounter. With boots on the ground, prayer and IT readily available, we believe we can help where help is currently lacking. As a new up and coming non-profit organization we have committed ourselves to be faithful members of our respective churches and will bring that same commitment to the table. Understanding that needs vary from church to church stand ready to assist those that are tired of not seeing any change and we bring our collective experience and resources to bring down your Jericho walls! We understand Pastoral leadership and will work together with the local Pastor and church staff. Let’s advance the Kingdom and conquer the land we believe that is Cross Movement.
What We Do
Through intentional strategic well planned community engagement that raises awareness
for God centered living, God centered relationships and God centered purpose.
SWOT Analysis
Identify the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats as it relates to church growth.
Administrative Support
Providing effective visitor followup, evangelism and outreach using technology, common approaches and the ever populated means of social media.
Community Engagement
We strongly encourage community involvement, participation and community events. We believe every church should have a positive mark on its community. Providing local resources ie food bank, employment and financial assistance, shelter and clothing.
Connecting People
Through empowerment programs, we equip individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to encounter God and exceed in life.
